This Season right from luxury brands like Prada,Chanel,Armani to H&M and many other Designers  have been seen selling made in India Dresses,Bags and Shoes.I think India has so much art,creativity and talent that rather than trying to get influenced by what we are not it's better to continue making what we are world famous for.
The Famous designer Jean-Paul Gaultier has been using India as an inspiration in most of his collection as well .In fact for his Hermes spring/summer runway show, Gaultier sent models out against a backdrop of cascading red pigment and handful of colors which we use for Holi.

How The World has stopped itself from creating new and turning around to the past !!2011 Trend Report ,This season Collection is inspired from the 60's-70's

For all those who love fashion know that the different styles from the past have been repeating itself  lately It's Like making the remake of a movie just in a better way and using some  different ingredients in it .Right from the high waisted hot pants in the 60's which you would see now worn by young girls made by famous designers.It's a must have in a girls closet this season and even  celebrities ranging from Chloe Sevigny, Leighton Meester and Agyness Deyn have been photographed in it.

Cat Eye Glasses

Cat eye Glasses were worn in the 60's usually by the secretaries and now you see it coming back .Lady Gaga has been seen posing with her cat eye glasses.

The skinny pant and leggings no longer are making any statement, So back to bell bottoms might be the next big trend!

Women wearing Jumpsuits in the 70's wear usually laughed at and it used to give the disco look but now we see the same trend just in a new playful and more practical way which can be seen on the streets.

This season for men It's Formal and casual mixed up together .Men's fashion has really matured over time From Baggy jeans to extra skinny and  to" just the right fit  " .Then from no accessories to over accessorized

and the part which i like the most is that you guys don't have to be bow-tied,striped socks with matching vest anymore.It's the more relaxed look-Button down,rolled up sleeves and shorts with some print and there you go ,now that's what i call a perfect look for this spring/Summer

Styling done by Pika -In this look i wanted her to look confident not too dressed but yet stylish and haven't used too many colors and tried to keep it simple by using basic black,grey and red

The Second look 

Black is Fantastic and my favorite color too but I am so glad to see the return of bright and bold colours to the runways(Spring/Summer 2011) Particularly blocks of orange, yellow, blue and Red 

Take colour and experiment - the brave will conquer this summer!

(but shop keeping in mind your skin tone,As all colors might not suit you)

Third Look

Elegant Nudes

 Sheer and semi sheer nudes are a must. If you are pale skinned then stick to the creamy white nudes, tanned and olive skinned girls should veer towards peachy nudes and mixed race and dark skin-tones should go for nudes with a golden hue.

Fourth Look-Evening Look

For the evening look the idea was to keep the dress simple and adding other elements such as earing,watch,neck piece .One can even add hosiery or stocking depending on the weather add sparkling jewelery for excitement and glamor ,soft colored stones which can make you look elegant .Again if the dress is simple and has clean cuts then you can add rhinestone clip to your hair and last but not the least add some glamor to your makeup and a good hairstyle for the wow factor.

Its all about realizing what suits your body,No you don't have to have a model like body to look good it's about being comfortable in your skin ,being confident and respecting yourself for who you are. You don't have to be ostentatiously dressed  to grab attention ,Simple and Elegant but yet noticeable is what works.When i see people ,so many times i feel just changing the way they are dressed can change what they feel .There are little things that can change your entire look,right from that one accessory you wear  to your  heels and a little bit of makeup and there you are ready to rule the world.It's all about knowing yourself better and feeling good about it. No this wouldn't mean that the world is superficial,shallow, vain or phoney.  You are not coning people but the fact is that People do  form an opinion of you  long before they get to know the wonderful person inside.Think about it don't you do the same? 
How do you make friends in a new place where you are alone,don't you sometimes see someone and feel that yea this person can be my friend,Ofcourse you do!Infact according to a research  The Initial Impression You Make On Other People Comes from
